Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ROBINVALE GOLF CLUB INC. WILL BE HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON

MONDAY 25^th NOVEMBER 2024 AT 7.00 P.M.

BUSINESS.

• To receive the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting held on 27^th November 2023
• To receive the Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year ended 30^th June 2024
• President’s Report
• C.E.O’s Report
• To appoint Auditors for the forthcoming year
• To set membership fees for the ensuing year.  Committee recommendation is due to current economic climate to leave most membership fees at the current rates for another year. It is recommended however that Country Membership; due to the cost of Affiliation Fees, be raised to $198.00 (Inc. GST).
• To elect 4 Members to the Committee.

  • 1 X 1 Year Position
  • Nomination forms are available at the Clubhouse and must be in the hands of the Manager by 5.00p.m. on Monday 18^th November 2024
• Special Resolution – Notice is hereby given of a special resolution to amend the Robinvale Golf Club Inc. Constitution. The Committee has proposed the adoption of a new modern Constitution as prepared and recommended by Golf Australia. If approved by members; the new Constitution will take effect on conclusion of this Annual General Meeting and with lodgement to Consumer Affairs Victoria. • To transact any such other general business of which notice in writing shall have been given seven days prior to the meeting.

Members may initiate business from the floor of the meeting. Such business shall not be resolved at that time but put as a recommendation to the General Committee at a subsequent meeting.
