RECEPTIONIST
- Greeting guests and matching their info with their reservations
- Handing out room keys and providing instructions for their reservation
- Answering phone calls and emails from future and current guests
- Completing administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, filing and photocopying
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
- Preparing housekeeping checklist

HOUSEKEEPER
- Cleaning and sanitising rooms
- Makes beds and changes linens
- Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Dusting furniture and lamps
- Replenishing toiletries and towels
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Skills and Experience
- Attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning agents and their applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability and willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks

CLUB ATTENDANT
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and bar snacks
- Managing TAB and Keno gaming systems
- Collect payment, Using Point of Sale (POS) and EFTPOS and give change
- Assist with Bistro orders/meal service when required & functions and events
Skills and Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificate
- Cash Handling
- Customer Service/Hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 Years Old and Above
JUNIOR STAFF (BISTRO)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
- Collect payment, Using Point of Sale (POS) and EFTPOS and give change
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food orders
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
