HEAD CHEF

Join Robinvale Golf Club Resort as our new Head Chef.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and overseeing the delivery of your innovative menu, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and leaving a memorable experience for our visitors.

What you will be doing…

• Total accountability of the kitchen operations producing a quality food offering
• Enhancing profitability through managing food costs, inventory and ordering
• Developing a creative and innovative menu to entice customers
• Ensuring complete compliance of food safety standards
• A hands-on leader who will develop and inspire chefs and kitchen team
• Collaborate with senior management to deliver a memorable dining experience

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in overseeing a busy restaurant or resort environment
• Strong financial capability managing budgets, wages and inventory – cost control
• Demonstrated knowledge of menu creation and food trends
• Recognized culinary skills 
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts

About Robinvale Golf Club Resort

Situated on the Murray River between Swan Hill and Mildura, the Robinvale Golf Club Resort offers a wide variety of activities, hospitality and entertainment. 

With tight fairways and small greens, the 18-hole golf course provides a challenge for all types of golfers. The clubhouse is open 7 days a week and includes a Sports Bar with TAB and Keno and extensive Gaming Facilities.

The bistro delivers modern cuisine and has developed a reputation for quality food and service. Adjacent to the clubhouse there are 19 accommodation units comprising Deluxe King Rooms, Deluxe Twin Rooms and Two-Bedroom Apartments.
