We have a position available for a Duty Manager

Robinvale Golf Club is a thriving Country Club with outstanding Bistro, excellent Course, and Full Gaming & Tab Facilities with a brand new motel opening very soon.  It is a great place to work with a friendly community supporting us.

About the role

Working closely with the management team you would be part of the day to day running of the venue. It is a hands-on role and the expectation is that you will be leading the floor, mentoring and guiding your team, helping them to achieve goals and business objectives.  This is a permanent position and will consist of a rotating roster with morning, mid and closing shifts over weekends and public holidays with a four day weekend once a month.

You’ll have a ton of support from the committee, management and the rest of the team. You will also get to have direct input in the business planning by putting forward ideas to help drive the business, especially around promotions.

Skills and experience

This is the role for someone with the right attitude and from a hospitality background with experience and relevant licences & certificates in Gaming, Tab, Keno and Food & Beverage. We are willing to train and develop the right candidate in specific areas if necessary.
